If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team immediately at hello@etapecollection.com. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
Pre order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. For orders that contain an in stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in stock item/s with no delay. No additional postage charges will be incurred in these circumstances.
