Returns, refunds & exchanges

You can request a return or refund by emailing hello@etapecollection.com, include your order number in the subject line and we'll come back to you within 48 hours

  • Full-priced ETAPE pieces can be refunded or exchanged.*
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once you’ve submitted it, send it back within 7 days. Pre-orders: 7 days from delivery.
  • All items must be in original condition with tags attached. If it’s worn, washed, altered or loved a little too much - it’s yours. And of course, your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain intact. 

Exchanges

  • In your email let us know the size/colour/style you want next.
  • We work in tight capsules - sometimes things sell out faster than your morning coffee.
  • If your pick isn’t available, we’ll sort a refund or credit note instead.
  • Want zero wait time? Order the new piece now, return the old one after. Done.

Choose how you ship.

  • Prepaid label: original shipping cost deducted from your refund or credit. 
  • Your own courier: Up to you.
  • Exchanges: You cover the return. We cover the replacement shipping.
  • Refund timing: We process returns 7–10 business days after they reach our warehouse. If you paid with a gift card, your refund will head back there first.
