7–10 business days from the moment your return hits our warehouse.

Email us at hello@etapecollection.com and we’ll repair, replace or refund.

Yes - unless it’s our mistake. Prepaid labels are $10.95. Faulty returns are free.

We still refund or exchange full-priced and discounted items. Promo codes can’t be reused once you return the item. Archive and Warehouse Sale pieces aren’t eligible.

Exchanges

No. Your new item ships once your return is processed. Unfortunately, if a size or style is sold out online, we can't provide it to you.

Return Process & Logistics

Yes. Submit two separate emails via hello@etapecollection.com and, if you want a refund for one item and an exchange for another we'll make that work for you.

Yes. Just lodge each one separately and include all Order Numbers inside the parcel. Choose one prepaid label and ship the rest using “Own Courier” to avoid double fees.
